|   OVA-sIgE 簡介

 

卵清蛋白(OVA)是在蛋清中發現的主要蛋白,約占總蛋白的55%。卵清蛋白與絲氨酸超家族的序列和三維有同源性,但與大多數絲氨酸不同,它不是絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑。它有385個氨基酸組成,其相對分子質量為42.7 kDa。卵清蛋白從細胞中分泌出來,以內部信號序列(殘基21-47)為目標,而不是其他分泌蛋白中常見的N端信號序列。
