Follicle Stimulating Hormone
卵泡刺激素(FSH)是一種促性腺激素,也是一種糖蛋白多肽激素。FSH由垂體前葉的促性腺激素細胞合成和分泌,它和黃體生成素(LH)在生殖系統中共同發揮作用。FSH是一個35.5 kDa的糖蛋白異構體,由兩個多肽單元組成,即α和β。其結構與黃體生成素(LH)、促甲狀腺激素(TSH)和人絨毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)的結構相似。LH、FSH、TSH和hCG糖蛋白的α亞單位是相同的,由96個氨基酸組成,而β亞單位則不同。這兩個亞單位都是生物活性所必需的。FSH有一個111個氨基酸的β亞單位(FSH β),賦予其特定的生物作用,并負責與卵泡刺激素受體相互作用。激素的糖類部分與天冬酰胺共價鍵合,由N-乙酰半乳糖胺、甘露糖、N-乙酰葡萄糖胺、半乳糖和唾液酸組成。
可檢測樣本中大鼠的FSH,且與其類似物無明顯交叉反應。

在選取的健康大鼠血清、血漿中加入3個不同濃度水平的大鼠FSH,計算回收率
分別在選取的4份健康大鼠血清、血漿中加入高濃度大鼠FSH,在標準曲線動力學范圍內進行稀釋,評估線性。
