MDA
丙二醛(MDA)是標稱式為 CH2(CHO)2 的有機化合物。它是一種無色液體, 是一種以烯醇形式出現的高活性化合物。它天然存在,是氧化壓力的標志。 它是由多不飽和脂肪酸的脂質過氧化產生的。它是血栓素 A2 合成的主要產 品,其中環氧化酶 1 或環氧化酶 2 將花生四烯酸代謝成血小板和其他多種細 胞類型和組織的前列腺素 H2。脂質過氧化的程度可以通過組織中丙二醛的 數量來估計。
可檢測樣本中大鼠的MDA,且與其類似物無明顯交叉反應。
由于實驗操作條件的不同( 如操作者、移液技術、洗板技術和穩定條件等),標準曲線的OD值會有所差異。以下數據和曲線僅供參考,實驗者需根據自己的實驗建立標準曲線。

在選取的健康大鼠血清、血漿、細胞培養上清中加入3個不同濃度水平的大鼠MDA,計算回收率
分別在選取的4份健康大鼠血清、血漿、細胞培養上清中加入高濃度大鼠MDA,在標準曲線動力學范圍內進行稀釋,評估線性。
注:ELISA試劑盒檢測范圍等數據,因檢測樣本 的不同而調整,實際數據以隨貨說明書為準。
